Material & Manufacturing Specs
Thickened 210T Plaid Fabric: Unlike standard nylon, we use a thickened 210T Polyester with a Ripstop Plaid pattern. This weave structure significantly prevents punctures and abrasion suitable for rugged environments.
Spark Resistant Properties: The dense polyester fabric offers better heat resistance than lightweight nylon, capable of withstanding occasional minor sparks (mars) from campfires without immediate melting. (Note: Not classified as fully fire-proof; caution is always advised).
Waterproof & UV Protection: Coated with a PU3000mm layer and reinforced with heat-taped seams to ensure a dry experience. Features UV50+ rating for effective sun shading.
Reinforced Structure: Equipped with 8 stress-point reinforcements, reflective guy lines, and aluminum stakes to maintain stability in windy conditions.
